RACE INFORMATION
Indonesia’s Horse Racing (IHR): Merdeka Cup 2025 was successfully held on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at Lapangan Pacuan Kuda Legok Jawa, Pangandaran, West Java. The championship offered a golden opportunity for young horses to kick off their careers while serving as a key stepping stone toward the Triple Crown or Indonesia Derby 2026.
A total prize pool of Rp425 million was contested by 86 of the country’s top racehorses from seven provinces. In front of 15,000 spectators, the IHR Merdeka Cup 2025 made history by crowning several champions across multiple prestigious classes.
